2" water service leak detection and repair. It was a chilly day.
This company is amazing all the way around! Excellent customer service from each and every person that I engaged with! Liz is an excellent communicator, and Steve and Avery exhibited outstanding care and skill in handling my emergency call. They don’t believe in Band-Aid fixes – – very thorough, explaining things every step of the way I’ve been having trouble with my plumbing since I moved in to a brand new construction, and had a different plumber out previously who said they couldn’t find anything wrong. On Tuesday it took my bathtub over an hour to drain and my toilet was bubbling like crazy in my bedroom. So I called the plumber (the one who told me everything was fine) and asked if they could come out. I had to leave a message but told him it was an emergency— and two days later —. no call back. Then yesterday it took the tub over four hours to drain, and when I flushed toilets they wouldn’t go down — some started backing up! I called All About Plumbing because of their excellent ratings for emergency purposes. Even though they had worked all day at another place, they were willing to take care of my situation. Steve and Avery did an outstanding job and really cared about making sure things were fixed and fixed right. My only other alternative was to go stay at hotel. They stayed very late into the evening to make sure I could remain in my home! Highly recommended!- Tanya Nicke. 2/6/2020- Steve's title is Master Plumber which is completely accurate. We bought a house on a shared well and had very low pressure and dirty water. We were looking at a completely jerry rigged assembly of pipes and valves along with a pressure pump and tank in our basement. Steve did some diagnostic work and identified multiple issues, including the fact that if the pump was off, our water was entirely unfiltered. In a short amount of time he pulled all of the piping out and replaced it with new pipes and valves that served the required purposes. After continued testing he realized the pump would never shut off and would just run forever regardless of pressure. Since it was beyond repair, he shopped around on his own time and found a very solid pump that will last for many years and installed it. When he finished we had (and have) a clean and smoothly running end to end water system. In short, if you have a plumbing challenge and you want to be 100%% sure it gets done right by someone who has seen it all, look no further - Steve is your guy.- Tyson Langdon. 1/25/2020

- These folks are exceptional! I contacted All About Plumbing to replace the main water supply line from the street. It was a tough job that went downhill, around a wall and through root systems. They replaced the water line, and at my request also installed an outside hydrant, a new pressure regulator valve and sediment filter. They did an excellent job and for all the digging, you'd barely notice they were there. Steve provides candid feedback and does quality work; no shortcuts with his work so you'll have peace of mind for years to come. - Very responsive, reliable and quality work. I had a cold water washer valve start leaking which required me to shut off our water in the afternoon yesterday (guests arriving today). Received a call back and they were here first thing this morning. They fixed the cold water valve and I also had them replace the hot water valve at the same time. - This is the second time that I have had used All About Plumbing 4U for plumbing work and have found each time for Steve (and this last time his wife Liz) to be very capable, knowledgeable and extremely customer oriented. We had 2 bathroom faucets replaced, Steve found a leak that I didn't even know I had.
